The deadline for a modeling organization to submit a hurricane model for acceptability under the 2021 Hurricane Standards is November 1, 2022. Hurricane models submitted under the 2021 Hurricane Standards will be reviewed for acceptability in 2023. The initial submission documentation will be available after November 1, 2022, by submitting a public records request to donna.sirmons@sbafla.com. Once the Commission has completed its determination of acceptability under the 2021 Hurricane Standards, the final submission documentation will be posted.

Flood models submitted under the 2021 Flood Standards will be reviewed for acceptability in 2024. Once the Commission has completed its determination of acceptability under the 2021 Flood Standards, the final submission documentation will be posted.
