Once the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology (Commission) has determined that a model is acceptable in accordance with the procedures in the Process for Determining the Acceptability of a Computer Simulation Hurricane Model contained in the Hurricane Standards Report of Activities or in the Process for Determining the Acceptability of a Computer Simulation Flood Model contained in the Flood Standards Report of Activities, the modeling organization is provided a letter of acceptability confirming the findings of the Commission.
